Heritage Village welcomes applications from independent, active seniors of 55 and better, who are reasonably or very healthy, of good moral and social character with a desire to enjoy the type of activities we provide in a superb and homely environment. Therefore Heritage Village reserves the right to turn down those persons who in our best judgment, need services and/or care that we are not prepared to provide for them.
To help minimize the possibility of misunderstanding and disappointment, our policy regarding health requirements is summarized here:
1) Heritage Village is a residence for active persons of retirement age who are in reasonably good physical and mental health, able to live alone and attend to all their personal needs in their residential unit without assistance.
2) If, after the Medical Profile is completed as part of your application, but before you occupy your unit, there is any appreciable change in your physical or mental condition, our management reserves the option to reconsider the application in the light of such changes in your condition. If there is any question about this matter, we suggest that you contact us about BEFORE making final preparations to move.
